Q1:Can I get any samples ?
We can offer free samples of fabric. Normally you need pay for the postage. For finished silk sleepwear, we will charge from you according to fabric costs.
Q2:What is your MOQ ? Can we get small quantity order ?
Usually MOQ for silk sleepwear is 100 pcs/style, but you can mix with 3 sizes such as SML.
Q3: Can you print on fabric, only silk fabric or other fabrics ?
We have own digital print machines which can make print with your own design. And yes, we can also print on cotton or polyester fabric but MOQ will be much higher than silk fabric.
Q4 : What file you want for print ? If I don't have my own design, how to do?
We need files like PDF/AI/JPG/TIF/PSD/AI over150dpi. We have cooperated designers and they could do the artwork as to your needs.
Q5 : Can I have my own color?
Yes, we can dye the colors accoring to the pantone code.
Q6: Payment Term?
We accept T/T and Paypal. 30% deposit and 70% be paid before shipment.
Q7:How to confirm the quality before starting production?
1. You will get the sample from us and test the quality, then we will produce the order according to what we've confirmed.
